Recently, research has found that deficiency of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements may be associated with many conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, skin, hair, and nail problems, memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, fatigue, depression, anxiety, headaches, PMS, menopausal symptoms, muscle and joint pain.

Dr. Mariam Malek is a naturopathic physician who graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, an accredited naturopathic medical school.  Dr. Malek has been practicing medicine since 2002 with a strong emphasis on nutrition and is licensed to practice naturopathic medicine in Arizona and California. 

Dr. Malek presents a menu of  nutritional shots without harmful preservatives. This menu offers eight B-vitamins, including methylcobalamin (the active form of B12), carnitine, MSM, methionine, choline, inositol, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron and 4 homeopathic remedies with many beneficial ingredients such as vitamin C, alpha-lipoic acid, CoQ10, and methylglyoxal as well as various botanicals. 

☼ Shot fees are $10, $15, $20, or $30. 

☼ Only cash will be accepted for payment.  Receipt will be given upon request.

☼ Please come hydrated and eat something healthy before receiving your shot(s).

☼ The Shot Clinic is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The first and last hours are usually the busiest.  Supplies are not limited so come at your convenience. 

☼ Waiting times can vary greatly - the average wait time is 1 hour - FYI: once you place your order, you may leave and return within the scheduled time without losing your spot.

☼ Dates and times are subject to change with short notice - therefore you should re-check the schedule on this website the day you wish to receive your shot(s).

☼ Some shots may be taken in the upper arm, others must be given in the hip (above the buttocks).  Please wear clothes that allow easy access to these areas on your body.

☼ The Shot Clinic is held in an office where there is privacy.  In addition, Dr. Malek is very discreet and requires minimal exposure.

☼ You will be required to read and complete an informed consent.  You should not receive the homeopathic remedies if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and all shots are contraindicated if you have decreased kidney function.
☼ Children must be 12 years or older and accompanied by their parent(s).
